Latest artwork painted in Europe and Africa over the summer of 2017

Paul has been working in Europe and Africa over the summer months and will return to Vancouver mid-November. We also have some exciting news regarding a special YGARTUA EVENT in Vancouver during the month of November. Stay tuned for the opening night announcement and a preview of the artwork that will be on display.

TORONTO JUNE 2017 YGARTUA MUSIC LEGENDS AND ICONS EVENT

The Creative Enegy and Spirit that dominated the ARTLOFT.CA was mesmerizing, a masterful informal jam session. We take the opportunity to thank the musicians for participating in our special Legends and Icon Art Event.

Harry had contacted us in April when we were at the Paris studio, asking if Paul would entertain the idea of creating a show of Music Legends and Icons, an exclusive YGARTUA EVENT accompanied by Guest Musicians, Branko Scenic (improvisational Wordsmith), ArtFinger (Modern Drumming Experience) and the extraordinary Contemporary Violinist DR. DRAW.

We have always combined music with our Art Shows, but this was different, the musicians were part of the Ygartua Art Event – their creative energy took over the ArtLoft/Ygartua Event — it was a moving experience with a mesmerizing performance by Dr. Draw.

Harry has created the ArtLoft from a vision to offer an event space that is a platform for creativity and collaboration in the creative community. He has been involved in the creative space as a drummer, DJ, band leader, promoter and broker for the creative community. Frequently travelling for music Harry has a deep appreciation for all styles and genres and brings adaptive ideas to the table from his travels. ArtLoft is the newest avenue to connect people through music and art.

YGARTUA NEW BOOK – The International Confederation of Art Critics (London)

The new Ygartua book will be part of several important library collections : The British Library, Bodleian Libraries of the University of Oxford, Cambridge University Library, National Library of Scotland, Library of Trinity College, Dublin and National Library of Wales. Digital copies of the book will be sent to 500 international art galleries. ICAC will place the book on Amazon in order to reach an international audience.
